PURPOSE: The device for canceling a locking system of a car is provided to enable a driver to cancel the locking system of the car by using a Bluetooth terminal which is easily accessible without an extra key or repairman. CONSTITUTION: An external terminal(20) transmits/receives data through a WLAN. An internal terminal(10) is activated through an external input and tranceives data with the external terminal. The internal terminal unlocks the vehicle by determining a data value.
