PURPOSE: A room mirror device is provided to rapidly process accidents and to perform factor explanation by remotely transmitting the information about a vehicle from an electric management system. CONSTITUTION: A room mirror device comprises a vehicle state information processing unit(11), a controller(13) and a display unit(15). The vehicles state information processing unit collects the vehicle condition information provided through CAN(Controller Area Network) communications line from EMS. The vehicle condition information indicates the operation of each unit of a vehicle. The display unit indicates vehicle condition information, vehicle driving information and a GPS signal according to the control of the controller.
