PURPOSE: An elastic mat having natural stiffeners and non-woven fabrics, a manufacturing method thereof and a method for constructing the same are provided to shorten a construction period and simplify a construction process by assembling an elastic floor in a desirable shape. CONSTITUTION: An elastic mat having natural stiffeners and non-woven fabrics comprises: a first elastic layer(10) including a natural reinforcing material; a non-woven layer(20) which is formed on the first elastic layer; and a second elastic layer(30) which is formed on the upper portion of the non-woven layer and includes a binder resin and an elastic chip.
