<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitance-type input device which has improved transparency and a controlled resistance value, and can be mounted, even for a large-sized product. <P>SOLUTION: The device has a first electrode pattern 10, formed on a substrate 1 and a second electrode pattern 10A orthogonal to the first electrode pattern 10, and detects a capacitance change due to the contact of a finger with the first and second electrode patterns 10/10A. The first electrode pattern 10 is constituted of a plurality of electrodes 11, arranged side by side at intervals and conductive lines 12 conductively connecting between adjacent electrodes 11. The second electrode pattern 10A is constituted of a plurality of electrodes 11A, arranged side by side at intervals, insulating coated films 13 positioned between the adjacent electrodes 11A and straddling the conductive line 12, and conductive lines 12A, laminated on the insulating coated films 13 and conductively connecting between the plurality of electrodes 11A. At least the conductive lines 12/12A are respectively formed from a transparent electrical conducting material containing conductive polymer, metal nanowires or carbon nanotubes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
