<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce volume of PCB contaminant caused by demolition in demolishing the treatment facilities contaminated by hazardous material such as PCB. <P>SOLUTION: In demolishing a building contaminated by hazardous material, the building 1 is covered with a green house 11, and a management zone level inside the building 1 and a management zone level outside the building 1 are classified.
