PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack capable of holding high sealing performance by making seal flanges hard to leave a gap between them, even when a lid is shifted against a box body in a lateral direction. SOLUTION: Seal flanges 15, 17 and 33 are formed at an outer periphery of the box body 3 and the outer periphery of the lid 5, respectively, and these seal flanges 15, 17 and 33 are abutted with one another, to seal a battery pack 1.
