PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a curable perfluoroelastomer composition which has an improved crosslinking rate and gives a crosslinked molded article excellent in mechanical strength. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the curable perfluoroelastomer composition comprises mixing an ammonia-generating compound (B) with another constituent in the presence of a solvent (C) having affinity to the ammonia-generating compound (B) when manufacturing the curable composition containing a perfluoroelastomer (A) which is a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene, perfluoro(alkyl vinyl ether) and a monomer having nitrogen, and the compound (B) generating ammonia at 40-330°C.
