PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital broadcast receiving device which can complement a scanning omission of a broadcast station because of a temporary reception sensitivity reduction. SOLUTION: A reception omission estimating portion 113 specifies a reception area from list information of a reception enabling broadcast station held by a broadcast station list holding portion 108, obtains from an area broadcast station list holding portion 110 list information of an area broadcast station of an area corresponding to the reception area specified, compares the obtained list information of the area broadcast station with the list information of the reception enabling broadcast station held by the broadcast station list holding portion 108, and estimates a mismatched broadcast station as a broadcast station having a reception omission.
