PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing plate by which high definition printed matter can be prepared, in a manufacturing technique of a printing plate including a process of forming a pattern by laser engraving. SOLUTION: This is a manufacturing method of a printing plate including a laser engraving process in which a resin layer is engraved using laser. The laser engraving process is such that the resin layer is engraved with the output of 20-80% of the maximum output of the laser, with 50-1,000 W, and with the number of lines of 120 lpi or more.
