<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lunch reservation service system which prevents a user from forgetting transmission of the reservation mail of lunch of the day. <P>SOLUTION: A customer information center 4 includes a transceiver part 5, which performs transmission and reception to/from terminals 3 of users 2; a user information storage part 6 which stores a list of registered users 2 and reservation history information of the lunch of each user 2; a lunch reservation management part 7, which receives and manages lunch reservations of users 2; a reservation time setting part 8 which sets up reservation closing time and reservation confirmation time of the lunch on the day; and a non-subscriber extraction part 9 which extracts the user 2, whose reservation mail has not been received by immediately prior to the reservation confirmation time, and creates the list. The lunch reservation managing section 7 allows the transceiver part 5 to transmit a reservation confirmation mail to the user 2 listed in the list which the non-subscriber extraction part 9 has created, at the reservation confirmation time which the reservation time setting part 8 has set up. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
