PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface treatment agent composition for a heat exchanger, having a hydrophilic property enough not to form water droplet causing ventilation resistance among fins, and capable of forming a film having superior deodorizing effect, and also to provide the heat exchanger having the film. SOLUTION: This surface treatment agent composition for the heat exchanger includes: polyaniline; water; acid group containing polymer for dopant; and polyvinyl alcohol. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
