PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic drive pump equipped with a bubble detector. SOLUTION: The magnetic drive pump comprises a seal wall part 22 having an electromagnetic coupling which drives a centrifugal pump and separating an wet side 40 from a dry side 23 of a fluid pump. A shaft 28 through a bearing housing 24 is driven by a motor, and an outer magnetic rotor 30 is driven by the shaft 28. The outer magnetic rotor 30 is positioned radially outward of the seal wall part 22, and an inner magnetic rotor 32 is positioned radially within the seal wall part 22. The inner magnetic rotor 32 is rotated by the rotation of the outer magnetic rotor. The inner magnetic rotor 32 moves liquid by driving a centrifugal pump impeller 34. The bubble detector 36 is positioned outward of the seal wall part 22 such that it is in a dry side 23 of the pump, and sends a signal into a wet side 40 of the pump to identify the existence of gas within a pump fluid.
