PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cassette positioning and clamping device for quickly clamping a cassette firmly at a fixed position on a cassette placing part while utilizing the load of the cassette for thrusting and clamping the part of the bottom face of the cassette with no motive power. SOLUTION: The positioning and clamping device A is constructed to rock with the movable load of the cassette, and arranged on the cassette placing part for positioning and clamping the cassette while thrusting and clamping a bottom frame F fixed to the bottom face of the cassette.
