PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To photograph only the circumferential region of guide wires or a catheter by high-strength X-ray, while photographing all the other regions by low-strength X-ray in X-ray equipment. SOLUTION: X-ray having different strength distributions according to its irradiated regions is irradiated on a subject by inserting a filter with its central part thicker than its fringe parts into the X-ray irradiation hole. This more reduces the X-ray irradiation quantity in the fringe areas than in the central area of the irradiation region. A transmittance distribution detection part 22 detects the X-ray transmittance distributions, an X-ray strength correction part 23 corrects the transmittance distribution deviation on a detected image, and an X-ray image composition part 24 removes noises from the detected image, etc. and composes an X-ray photograph. The composed X-ray image has a natural harmony as a whole, because the transmittance distributions are corrected, and has a higher visibility at the central part than at the fringe parts of the image.
