ELECTRONIC MEDICAL CHART GENERATION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic medical chart generation device which can visualize graph creation, or the like by preventing an input error of measured data by directly acquiring the data obtained by measuring a patient outside a hospital as electronic data in an electronic medical chart.

SOLUTION: The electronic medical chart generation device includes: a display screen defining part for defining a display column of medical treatment records and display data displayed in the display column; an acquiring means (S211) for acquiring data from an external system when the display screen defining part makes an instruction to perform data reference to the external system that stores information which is input and managed by a patient individual; and a display control means (S213) for displaying the medical treatment records on the basis of definition by the display screen defining part and displaying the obtained data in a corresponding display column.
