<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable oxygen burning boiler, suppressing a cost required for conversion when a coal fired boiler operated as an existing air burning boiler is operated as the oxygen burning boiler, and enabling stable operation for a long time by preventing a damage of the oxygen burning boiler caused by high temperature gas. <P>SOLUTION: In the oxygen burning boiler 1, installed are: an oxygen separating device 23 for manufacturing oxygen by separating air and feeding the oxygen to the oxygen burning boiler 1; and a recirculation fan 26 for feeding and recirculating part of exhaust gas discharged from the boiler to the oxygen burning boiler 1. A control device 150 is installed to calculate heat absorption amount obtained by steam in a furnace 1a from measurement values detected by steam, pressure and flow sensors 14c-14f installed in each heat exchanger of the furnace 1a of the oxygen burning boiler 1 and control the operation of the recirculation fan 26 so that the calculated heat absorption amount of the furnace 1a becomes intended set heat absorption amount. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
