METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING TONER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for obtaining a toner obtaining sufficient low temperature fixability while obtaining heat resistant storage property.

SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the toner comprising toner particles containing crosslinked polymer having a bivalent crosslinking group includes a process for obtaining the crosslinked polymer by carrying out polymerization treatment of a polymerization triaryl imidazole dimer compound after obtaining the polymerization triaryl imidazole dimer compound by using a specific polymerization triaryl imidazole compound to bond between imidazole rings of triaryl imidazole groups.
