TELEPHONE RECEPTIONIST PROXY SYSTEM, PRIVATE BRANCH EXCHANGE AND CALLER INFORMATION NOTIFICATION METHOD USED FOR THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone receptionist proxy system which calls a customer without attaching an additional number in a call to the customer via the telephone receptionist proxy system. SOLUTION: The telephone receptionist proxy system has: a storage means [conversion table (customer number) 111 and conversion table (carrier number) 112] for storing telephone numbers of lines stored in a self-system and telephone numbers of the customers by associating them with each other by one-to-one; a first means (transfer processing instruction function 113) for retrieving the storage means based on a telephone number of a line received from a public network to instruct to call the number of the customer associated with the telephone number matched in that retrieval to perform transfer; and a second means (transfer processing instruction function 113) for instructing to call the caller number when it is determined as an incoming call from the customer by retrieval of the storage means.
