摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the exposure dose to a subject by selectively irradiating a target region to be examined with directionality with X rays. SOLUTION: A concerned region setting part 11 of the X-ray diagnostic apparatus 100 sets a three-dimensional concerned region in the target region to be examined with strong directionality based on a plurality of two-dimensional image data previously collected by radiography. A moving mechanism drive part 9 sequentially updates the direction of radiography by rotating an imaging system around the subject, and radiographs the target region to be examined before and after administration of a contrast agent by sliding/rotating diaphragm vanes of a movable diaphragm 22 based on the projected shape of the three-dimensional concerned region in the direction of radiography. An image data generating part 6 generates volume data by reconstructing difference projection data by the subtraction processing of mask projection data and contrast projection data acquired by the radiography, and generates three-dimensional image data by processing the volume data.
