PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust valve large in vacuum break capability capable of breaking a vacuum quickly. SOLUTION: A valve chamber 3 with a flow-in port 4 opened in a lower part and a flow-out port 5 opened in an upper part is formed in a casing comprising a body 1 and a lid 2. A valve seat 6 is formed between the valve chamber 3 and the flow-out port 5. The valve chamber 3 is provided with a substantially-cylindrical and bottomed outer float receiver 10 having an outer flow channel 16 in a space with respect to an inner wall of the valve chamber 3, and having an outer through hole 11 at a bottom. The outer float receiver 10 is provided with a substantially-bottomed cylindrical inner float receiver 15 provided with an inner flow channel 17 in a space with respect to an inner wall of the outer float receiver 10, and having an inner through-hole 14 at a bottom. A float 12 is arranged in a free state in the inner float receiver 15. An opening area of the inner through hole 14 is formed wider than an opening area of the outer through hole 11.
