<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service providing system which collects the logs of proxy processing by a proxy and notifies a user of them. <P>SOLUTION: When a proxy B accesses a service providing server S1 or the like instead of a user A and performs the proxy processing of personal information about the user A, the proxy is allowed to access the server within a scope of its authority which is set up beforehand for each of user information storage means P13 and P23 of private email box servers P1 and P2 via a private email box server P2 for the proxy B and a private email box server P1 for the user A.
