<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a watching support system that achieves inexpensive and effective living support by safely and properly managing/protecting personal information and individual assets by standing in for users for social activity or economic activity. <P>SOLUTION: In the watching support system, a base station holding and managing life watching medical charts, and a plurality of terminal devices each updating or reading data of the life watching medical chart are connected by an electric communication network. In the watching support system, the life watching medical chart includes personal information related to food, clothing, housing, and medical treatment of the user. The terminal device is an organization terminal device used by a food, clothing, housing, and medical treatment-related organization concluding contracts with a user terminal device used by the user, a family terminal device used by a family of the user, and a call center. Each terminal device includes a unique ID given in the contract with each call center and a communication means transferring information to/from the base station via the electric communication network.
