<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scintillator panel superior in the efficiency for extracting a light emitted by a radiation even if an imaging plane has a large size, and maintaining a stable planarity when used, and manufactured, and a radiation detection device with the scintillator panel. <P>SOLUTION: The scintillator panel includes: a planar substrate having at least the radiability; a barrier structure provided on the substrate, and having the radiability and a plurality of partitions of pixel units in a grid; and a scintillator layer having a phosphor for filling the partitions of the pixels, wherein the barrier structure consists of a glass paste as a mixture of a pigment or ceramic powder and a low melting point glass with the glass paste material selected so as to cause the visual light reflectivity of the barrier structure to be≥65% and≤95%.
