<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery unit suppressing temperature rise of a solar battery by heat rays. <P>SOLUTION: The solar battery unit has: a solar battery cell having higher photoelectric sensitivity to light in a wavelength region shorter than the wavelength of the heat rays, than the heat rays have; a surface protecting member to cover the light receiving surface side of the solar battery cell; an adhesive to cover the solar battery cell and bond the surface protecting member to the solar battery cell; and a heat ray low permeating film bonded to the surface protecting member on the side opposite to the solar battery cell and having heat ray permeability lower than that of light having wavelength shorter than that of the heat rays. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
