<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic and a cleansing agent having detox function, mild to the skin, safe and harmless to the human body and the environment, capable of sustaining excellent cleansing, sterilizing, deodorant and antiinflammatory effects until the final by sufficiently exhibiting the pharmacologic action of the photocatalyst, and also having activities for effectively removing fat in the cortex of the face and the scalp. <P>SOLUTION: The cosmetic and the cleansing agent having the detox function are obtained by mixing an undiluted solution obtained by formulating the photocatalyst covered with porous calcium phosphate and a fibrous protein and obtained by treating the surface of a base material having a photocatalytic function with a treating liquid containing phosphoric acid, calcium and the fibrous protein, with a cosmetic or a cleansing agent material containing shampoo or lotion to disperse the photocatalyst in a skin lotion containing natural water. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
