PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for removing an influence of a cardiac muscle image by high accumulation other than cardiac muscle such as liver and gallbladder, a program for allowing a computer to execute the method, and a device for executing the method, in a cardiac muscle nuclear medicine image. SOLUTION: On each projection image in the cardiac muscle nuclear medicine image, a processing is performed, wherein a concerned domain is set in the whole cardiac muscle, and a projection image in which a high accumulation portion other than a cardiac muscle part exists in the concerned domain is deleted, and a portion other than the concerned domain set in the cardiac muscle domain relative to a residual projection image is mask-processed and removed. According to the processing, effective removal of an influence of the high accumulation portion in the projection image in which a cardiac muscle portion is close to a high accumulation portion other than cardiac muscle, which has been difficult to be removed hitherto, becomes possible.
