<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method for manufacturing a solar-cell module capable of constituting a thin structure, without reducing the yield. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for the solar-cell module includes a step for forming a power-generating layer 3 on one main surface of a glass substrate 2; a step for sticking a protective plate 4 on one main surface of the glass substrate, where the power-generating layer 3 is formed with the power-generating layer 3 interposed between the glass substrate and the protective plate; a step for performing a thinning process on another main surface of the glass substrate; and a step for mounting a frame member 5 at the outer peripheral side of the glass substrate and the protective plate 4, after the thinning process is performed on the stick the power-generating layer 3, between the glass substrate and the protective plate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
