BALL SCREW WITH BALL SPLINE, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball screw with a ball spline ensuring a service life and operating performance to an excessive load, and a method of manufacturing suitable for manufacturing such a ball screw with the ball spline. SOLUTION: The ball screw 1 with the ball spline includes a screw shaft 2 provided with a ball screw track 2a and spline tracks 2b; a ball screw nut 3 screwed to the ball screw track 2a of the screw shaft 2 through balls; and a ball spline outer cylinder 4 fitted to the spline tracks 2b of the screw shaft 2 through balls.
