An improved multifunctional specimen box comprises a box body(1), a box cover(2) provided on an opening of the box body(1), a fixed rotary shaft(4) provided on the box cover(2). The fixed rotary shaft(4) can rotate freely with respect to the box cover(2). A sampling spoon (5) is provided below the fixed rotary shaft (4). A filter screen (3) is provided inside the cavity of the box body (1) and perpendicular to the box cover (2). The box body(1) is divided into a liquid adding chamber (11) and a liquid sucking chamber(12) by the filter screen(3).
