摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact self-ballasted fluorescent lamp capable of securing sufficient strength even if torque stress is added to a light-emitting tube at the time of handling of the lamp, and a lighting fixture using the compact self-ballasted fluorescent lamp. <P>SOLUTION: Torque stress is added to a turning section 32 during an operation such as lamp-mounting and lamp-removing to a fixture since a turning section spacer 51 as a reinforcing means 50 exists in a spiral gap between adjacent bulbs of the turning section 32, deformation of the turning section 32 can be restrained even if the turning section 32 is strongly grasped, and damage of the light-emitting tube 14 can be restrained since the turning section spacer 51 can disperse the stress to the whole bulb. Further, the turning section 32 is deformed with the torque stress added to the turning section 32 at a level where the turning section 32 is not damaged by preparing a folding section spacer 52, and a folding section 35 can be restrained from deforming with the folding section spacer 52 even if the stress is added to the folding section 35. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
