<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaporated fuel processing device having high desorption efficiency of evaporated fuel adsorbed to a canister and processing the evaporated fuel with good efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The evaporated fuel processing device is equipped with: the canister 2 for adsorbing the evaporated fuel; a vapor passage 4 for leading the evaporated fuel from a fuel tank 1 to the canister 2; a recovery passage 5 for recovering the evaporated fuel desorbed from the canister 2 to the fuel tank 1; an atmosphere passage 6 for communicating the canister 2 with the atmosphere; a vacuum pump 3 for desorbing the evaporated fuel, a vapor passage valve 10; and an atmosphere passage valve 11. During desorption of the evaporated fuel by the vacuum pump 3, the vapor passage valve 10 and the atmosphere passage valve 11 are closed, and the evaporated fuel is desorbed while maintaining the inside of the canister 2 at negative pressures. Then, a pressure regulating valve 12 is communicated with the atmosphere passage 6, and when the evaporated fuel is desorbed by the vacuum pump 3, fresh air is introduced via the pressure regulating valve 12 while the inside of the canister 2 is maintained in the negative pressure state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
