<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copper foil composite capable of reducing generation of a cutting flaw on a cut face and capable of enhancing workability. <P>SOLUTION: This steel foil composite includes a copper foil or a copper alloy foil, and a resin layer provided on one face of the steel foil or the copper alloy foil, the copper foil or the copper alloy foil has 2μm or more to 10μm or less of thickness, and 250 MP or less of tensile strength, and the resin layer has 10μm or more of thickness, and 200 MP or more of tensile strength. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
