PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which can efficiently perform a joining operation by a simple constitution. SOLUTION: Since the objects to be joined are joined with joining energy efficiently generated by the combined use of energy by ultrasonic vibration and energy by heating, by a simple constitution of fitting a ceramic heater 9 to a resonator 7, a joining operation can be efficiently performed with more reduced ultrasonic vibration energy and also without performing superfluous heating.
