<p>Producing a component of a heat exchanger, comprises: (i) providing a layer block of at least a heat exchanger stocking plate, which exhibits at least bevel with respect to the two longitudinal edges of the heat exchanger stocking plate; (ii) providing a support structure with at least a partially U-shaped support sectional strip (8), where the U-shaped portion of the sectional strip exhibit two sides and a base connecting the two sides; and (iii) connecting (9) the bevel of at least the stocking plate of the layer block with the base of the U-shaped part of the support sectional strip. Producing a component of a heat exchanger, comprises: (i) providing a layer block of at least a heat exchanger stocking plate, which exhibits at least a bevel on one corner with respect to the two longitudinal edges of the heat exchanger stocking plate; (ii) providing a support structure with at least a partially U-shaped support sectional strip (8), where the U-shaped portion of the support sectional strip exhibits two sides, preferably two substantially parallel sides, and a base connecting the two sides; and (iii) connecting (9), preferably welding or soldering the bevel of at least the heat exchanger stocking plate of the layer block with the base of the U-shaped part of the support sectional strip. An independent claim is also included for the component of the heat exchanger comprising (ia) the layer block with at least a heat exchanger stocking plate, which exhibits at least a bevel on one corner with respect to the two longitudinal edges of the heat exchanger stocking plate, (iia) support structure with at least a partially U-shaped support sectional strip, where the U-shaped portion of the sectional strip exhibit two sides, preferably two substantially parallel sides and a base connecting the two sides, and (iiia) the bevel of at least the stocking plate connected with the base of the U-shaped part of the support sectional strip.</p> |
