<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for compounding/supplying materials which can reduce the compounded materials, for example, when a production lot is changed, or molding is finished. <P>SOLUTION: The material compounding/supplying apparatus 1 in which each powder material supplied from a plurality of material supply machines 11A, 11B, 11C, and 11D is weighed by a weighing machine 20 to be a mass ratio set in advance, and the materials mixed by a mixing means 30 are supplied to a molding machine 9 includes a throughput detection means 61 for detecting the throughput of the materials to be processed per unit time in the molding machine, a compounding/supplying capacity detection means 61 for detecting the compounding/supplying capacity of the materials which can be supplied per unit time toward the molding machine, and a compounding/supplying capacity control means 61 which compares the throughput with the compounding/supplying capacity based on a prescribed program, updates the compounding/supplying capacity to be reduced when the compounding/supplying capacity is in excess of the throughput and can be reduced to a prescribed standard, and implements the compounding/supplying. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
