Provided is a common mode filter that, in an ultrafast differential transmission line, allows an ultrafast differential signal to pass, and sufficiently attenuates a common mode signal. One pair of conductor lines (1A, 1B) are formed on one side of a first dielectric layer (3A). On the other side of the first dielectric layer (3A), divided floating grounds (9A, 9B) are formed so as to face the conductor lines (1A, 1B). The divided floating grounds (9A, 9B) are not connected to an external ground potential, but are independent. Passive 2-terminal circuits (CM1A to CM1D) comprising a passive circuit element are connected to at least an input-side or an output-side first divided floating ground (9A, 9B) of the divided floating grounds (9A, 9B) and the external ground potential. |
