The arrangement comprises a rod-shaped component (15) connected to a frame (9) under a laminate (1). The rod-shaped component satisfies the requirements under environmental conditions, forces, torque and impulse voltages. The rod-shaped component is permanently and firmly connected to the laminate in an electrically isolated manner. A sliding block is guided in the rod-shaped component. An independent claim is also included for a method for realizing a laminate deflection reduction arrangement.
