PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bar arrangement construction drawing, and a device and a method for automatically creating the same, allowing drastic reduction of a human error of bar arrangement by allowing creation without needing manual work and allowing rapid inspection and machining/assembly of a reinforcing bar without being affected by a skill level based thereon. SOLUTION: This bar arrangement construction drawing is automatically created by: an information acquisition means acquiring reinforcing bar construction information necessary for reinforcing bar construction; a reference means referring to definition data necessary for drawing; and a drawing means drawing a figure from the reinforcing bar construction information and the definition data. The bar arrangement construction drawing comprises a ground plan from which the whole arrangement of pillars and beams can be acquired, wherein a length of a beam hanged between a pillar and a pillar is calculated, and which clearly shows a position wherein a joint between beam main reinforcing bars is provided.
