PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disperse a load of a DC-DC converter to all members to avoid the concentration of the load on a support member on which the DC-DC converter is fixed, even when the DC-DC converter is moved behind an inverter. SOLUTION: The DC-DC converter 12 is disposed on the rear side of main component mount 9 mounting an inverter 11, and is fixed to a rear support member 6 of the main component mount 9. The main component mount 9 has a cross shape formed by a pair of a front support member 5 and a rear support member 6, laterally laid in a motor room to extend in the width direction of a vehicle, and cross members 7, 8 coupling the front support member 5 and rear support member 6 to each other. Therefore, the full weight of the DC-DC converter 12 is applied to both the front support member 5 and rear support member 6, not only the rear support member 6 mounted with the DC-DC converter 12, so that the stress can be dispersed.
