The method for preventing or treating diseases associated with adiponectin of a subject including administering the composition to a subject requiring the prevention or treatment is provided. The method for preventing or treating diseases associated with PPARγ of a subject including administering the composition to a subject requiring the prevention or treatment is provided. The method for reducing oxidation stress of a subject including administering the composition to a subject requiring the prevention or treatment is provided. Production of an agent for preventing or treating at least one symptom of metabolic syndrome including using the extract is provided. Production of an agent for preventing or treating disease associated with adiponectin including using the extract is provided.
