PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device capable of providing an image of excellent image quality, and to provide an electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: The light-emitting device includes a plurality of light-emitting elements having different emission color respectively. At least one of the plurality of light-emitting elements has a light-emitting layer of n (natural number of n≥2) layers between a pair of electrodes. Furthermore, at least one of the light-emitting layers of n-layers contains a substance which performs light emission from a triplet excitation state.
