<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for determining an order of charging a rolled material into a continuous heat treatment furnace, while not only evaluating production process conditions but also directly evaluating an economical factor of the cost, in a continuous heat treatment process of the rolled material. <P>SOLUTION: When charging a plurality of previously-connected rolled materials R into the continuous heat treatment furnace 1 and heat-treating the rolled materials R at a set treatment temperature, the method for determining the order of charging the rolled material includes: setting a loss cost evaluation function which evaluates a cost loss originating in the rolled material R that has been heat-treated at an in-furnace temperature having deviated from the set treatment temperature, and determining the order of charging the rolled materials R into the continuous heat treatment furnace 1 so that the loss cost evaluation function is minimized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
