<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a platform door confirmation system, which surely decides a jammed condition of users and the presence or absence of objects in the vicinity of a platform door and considerably enhances safety in the vicinity of the platform. <P>SOLUTION: This platform door confirmation system includes an image generating part 50 for creating a background image and a differential image based on a distance value of each pixel in a secondary region in the vicinity of the platform door 6 inputted from a distance image sensor 7, a solid extracting part 51 for extracting a solid image based on the differential image, and a deciding part 54 for deciding the jammed condition and the presence or absence of objects in the vicinity of the platform door 6 of a platform door device 3 based on at least one of density of the differential image in relation to the background image detected by a density detecting part 52 and the moving speed of a solid detected by a solid moving speed detecting part 53. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
