PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce draft resistance in a heat exchanger and reduce noise irrespective of an environment and a use time. SOLUTION: This heat exchanger includes heat exchanger tubes of flat cross-sectional shapes penetrating a plurality of heat exchanger fins 30D. In a side view of the heat exchanger, the heat exchanger tubes are arranged in two or more lines per heat exchanger fin, and the heat exchanger tube of a first upstream line is a circular heat exchanger tube 7 and the second and subsequent tubes are flat heat exchanger tubes 12a. The first upstream line where the circular heat exchanger tube is arranged rectifies an air current to direct it to the second and subsequent lines of flat heat exchanger tubes in parallel to the major axis of the flat form.
