<p>The process comprises applying a layer of tin on a part of one side of a first gold alloy part, directly contacting the tinned side of the first part made of gold alloy with a side of a second part made of gold alloy, pressing the first and second parts against each other at 50-10 MPa, heating the assembly, cutting the assembly along a line perpendicular to the sides of first and second parts, which are contacted with each other, rotating the cuts to 180[deg] , and optionally rotating the cuts to 90[deg] in the same direction. The sides contacting with each other have roughness of 0.1-0.2 microns.
