Invention applies to equipment intended for packing animals, men and bird's sperm and also solutions into tubes. The invention aims to simplify the maintenance of the packing apparatus, increase reliability of operations, reduce the loss of the packed liquid and increase dose preciseness. The apparatus for the liquid packing into the tubes consists of a tube supply bunker. At the bunker's outlet on a horizontal axle there is a turning drum mounted with longitudinal cuttings and fixed at the end points with sealing rings. The right point is connected to a liquid vessel by a hose through a squeezing mechanism and the left point at the same time is the cylinder of the piston mechanism. Both points are placed in repeatedly crawling motion mechanisms moving against each other. The piston of the piston mechanism is connected to the repeatedly crawling motion mechanism, the run of which is regulated at the beginning, and the piston movement does not relate to the movement of the piston mechanism. In addition, the roller of the squeezing mechanism tracking device, moved by a screw, can change position, this way, speeding up or slowing down the hose squeezing moment. |
