<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment device for an endoscope of which the manufacturing cost is reduced than before. <P>SOLUTION: The treatment device for the endoscope includes a flexible sheath 5. The sheath 5 includes: a resin-made first tube 7 arranged at a proximal side; and a resin-made second tube 8 higher in heat resistance than the first tube and whose proximal side is connected to the distal end side of the first tube 7. A first connection part is arranged at the distal end side of the first tube 7 and a second connection part is arranged at the proximal side of the second tube 8.
