APPARATUS OF NANO FIBER NON-WOVEN BY ELECTROSPINNING AND NANO FIBER NON-WOVEN

PURPOSE: A nanofiber nonwoven fabric manufacturing device by an electro spinning and a nanofiber nonwoven fabric are provided to generate nanofiber nonwoven fabric which has uniformity and has a uniformed fiber diameter by applying at least one air chamber. CONSTITUTION: A nanofiber nonwoven fabric manufacturing device by an electronic spinning has a stream inducing unit(200), a first collecting unit(300), an air current generating unit. The stream inducing unit induces nanofiber is charged by discharging a radiation nozzle. The first collector collects induced nanofiber. The air genearting unit generates a descending current. The device includes a nanofiber inducing unit(400), an air chamber(500), a laminator(600). The nanofiber inducing unit induces lowering the collected nanofiber. The air chamber reduces the transferring nanofiber and extending the nanofiber and is located in lower unit of the nanofiber inducing unit. The laminator discharges nanofiber by being installed in one end of the air chamber.
