PURPOSE: A process for preparing high heat resistant coaxial cable is provided to increase the flexibility of a cable by pressure-molding a conductor line and to improve heat-resistance and tensile performance by coating irradiation-crosslinked polyethylene. CONSTITUTION: A process for preparing high heat resistant coaxial cable comprises the steps of: forming an internal conductor wire; coating, cooling and winding the preheated polyethylene on the internal conductor wire and irradiation-crosslinking electronic rays to the wire on which polyethylene is coated to form an insulator coating; tension-controlling, weaving, and winding a tin-plated wire on a cable on which the irradiation-crosslinked polyethylene is coated; and forming a PVC shield coating on the cable in which the outer conductor is formed.
