PURPOSE: A motor is provided to improve an effective magnetic flux from a magnet to a stator by disconnecting a movement path from a rotor case to the magnet. CONSTITUTION: A motor comprises a shaft(62), a rotor case(22), a magnet joint part(26), and a leakage flux anti-moving part(200). The shaft is rotatably supported to the sleeve. The rotor case is combined with the shaft. A disc is loaded in the rotor case. A magnet is arranged in the inner surface of the magnet joint part. The leakage flux anti-moving part prevents the movement of the leakage flux that is generated in the magnet.
